Scope and importance:

Cardiology is a branch of medicine dealing with disorders of the heart. It includes medical diagnosis and treatment of Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Failure, Valvular Heart Disease, Electrophysiology, Inherited Heart Disease and Congenital Heart Defects.  Cardiologists study the dysfunctions of the heart, but the study of adult and child heart disorders are through dissimilar training pathways. Therefore, an adult cardiologist (often qualified and called just "cardiologist") is not fully trained to take care of children, and paediatric cardiologists are inadequately trained for adults. The surgical feature are not included in cardiology and are in the discipline of cardiothoracic surgery, For example, Cardiopulmonary bypass and Coronary artery bypass surgery are two surgical procedures performed by Cardiac surgeons, not cardiologists.

In the presence of inter professional researchers and practitioners involved in the development of high quality education in all aspects of clinical skills, ME Conferences LLC 8th Global Cardiologists and Echocardiography Annual Meeting was held during July 18-20, 2016 in Berlin, Germany.

ME Conferences Group played host to a diverse panel of key members of the Cardiologists & Echocardiography community from research lab, industry, academia and financial investment practices, discussing the future of Cardiology specialties. This event was really aimed for examining where the real cardiological specialties are going in the future and purpose of the event was to provide an opportunity for cross fertilization of ideas and development of ideas, in the field of Cardiology.
