Obesity is a disease characterized by excessive body fat. It is a medical condition that increases the chance of a variety of illnesses and ailments, such as high blood pressure, some cancers, and heart disease. A stroke is a cardiac problem that occurs when there is insufficient blood flow to a part of the brain.
