Cardio oncology is field of medicine by which are studied the molecular and clinical alterations in cardiovascular system during the different methods of treatment of cancer specially chemo- and targeted therapy. Treatment may be given directly into the tumour itself, to reduce the harm to the rest of the body. When the patient takes any other radiation treatment and different types of cancer drugs for their diseases so the cardiologists expect to the development of heart conditions probably in the cancer patients.



 



Cardiology is a branch of science which deals with the disorders of heart diseases. Heart is the major organs in humans and animals, which pumps blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. Some of the  drugs are addressing disorders of the guts and its dysfunctions. The drugs which are used to treatment for the other disorders in body show a great effect on heart causing various side effects. Hence case reports on cardiac seize and diseases have a great value and help in developing and advancing treatment strategies.

Cardiovascular surgery is the surgery related to great vessels and heart they are performed by the cardiac surgeons. It is mostly used to treat difficulties of ischemic heart disease, treat valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease from different causes, including rheumatic heart disease, atherosclerosisheart transplantation, and endocarditis. Cardiovascular surgeons performs different types of operations, they may operate on your blood vessels and heart to repair the disorders of cardiovascular system. Molecular cardiology using a wide variety of techniques transgenic models, gene therapy, parabiosis and genomics, stem cell biology, molecular biology. Nuclear cardiology is the study of noninvasive techniques to evaluate myocardial blood flow and to assess the pumping function of the heart myocardial perfusion imaging is the most widely used in the nuclear cardiology techniques it is used to check the blood flow in the heart muscles. This technique is divided into two parts they are rest scan and stress scan

Ischemia heart diseases refer to lack of blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle, it happens when an artery was blocked for a short period of time. If ischemia is severe it may cause a heart attack. In most of the cases, happens when an artery becomes narrowed for a period of time it may cause the pain of angina pectoris. But in some other cases, there is no pain, in these cases it is called as a silent ischemia. It may disturb the heart rhythm, Abnormalities in the heart rhythm such as ventricular tachycardia it can interfere with the heart’s pumping ability and can cause even sudden cardiac death or Fainting. · 




 



Coronary arteries are the blood vessels which carry the blood to heart, it mostly occurs due to the narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries. It is generally caused by the atherosclerosis, it is buildup of fatty deposits inside the arteries. The fatty deposits or cholesterol are known as plaques, they may damage the arteries, its stops blood flow to the heart muscle. If the heart does not get required amount of blood this can cause a chest pain or heart attack.
